Should you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so either from the mobile app or web app but before you proceed with the cancellation, you might incur a fee subject to the Client Cancellation Policy.
Via App
- Log in to your Blys account.
- Go to the 'Upcoming' page on your app and select the booking that you wish to cancel.
- Tap View or edit booking then, select Cancel booking
- Select your reason from the dropdown list
- Click Submit
Read the Client Cancellation Policy.
Via Web
- Log in to your Blys account.
- Go to Bookings --> Upcoming
- Select Cancel booking
- Select your reason from the dropdown list
- Select "Confirm"
Read the Client Cancellation Policy.
You may find your canceled bookings under your "Past bookings" page either in the client or web app.
