Booking is still pending / not yet accepted by a provider
Via App
- Log in with your username & password
- Go to the 'Upcoming' page on your app
- Tap on "Update booking" button
- Tap on 'Change' next to the details you want to change (e.g. treatment type, location...etc.)
- Make your changes and then tap on 'Save & Apply' to confirm the change
Via Web
- Log in with your username & password
- Go to the "Bookings" --> "Upcoming"
- Select the booking that you need to update.
- Tap on "Update booking"
- Choose the info that you need to update the click "Change"
For example, if you need to change the length and type of massage, please select the first option.
Once you made the changes, do not forget to click "Save and Apply".
The updated details of your booking will be reflected in your booking order summary:

Via App
- Log in with your username & password
- Go to the "Upcoming" page on your app
- Tap on the "Update booking" button
- Tap on "Change" to request an update on the date and time of the booking.
- Choose the date and time you wish your booking to be moved to
- Click "Save and apply"
- Review your request and do not forget to tap "Update Booking" to notify the service provider of the changes you wish to apply.
- After this the update request will be sent out to the provider and the booking will say "Pending provider confirmation"
- If the provider accepts the booking you will see the status "Confirmed" with updated date from Tuesday to Wednesday.
- If the provider declines the update request, you will receive 2 options:
- Cancel booking: If you choose to cancel the booking then Client Cancellation Policy will be applied and it will show you the cancellation fee for the booking as shown below in the red box.
- Keep the booking: If you choose to keep the booking then the booking will be reverted back to the original time and date

- Log in with your username & password
- Go to the "Bookings" --> "Upcoming"
- Select the booking that you need to update.
- Tap on "Update booking"
- Tap on 'Change' to request an update on the date and time of the booking.
- Choose the date and time you wish your booking to be moved to then, tap "Continue"
- Your updated request details will be reflected in your booking order summary:
When you request an update on your confirmed booking, you will receive a notification from the service provider if the request has been accepted/declined.

Does the provider have to accept your request to update changes to the booking date or time?
You may request updates to your confirmed bookings e.g. updates to date and time via the Blys app or website. However, please note:
- Providers are not obliged to respond to booking update requests or chat messages.
- Providers are not required to accept booking update requests.
- If a booking update request is declined by the other party and you’re unable to continue original confirmed booking the cancellation policy will apply.
