How do I place a recurring booking?
Now when you place a booking with Blys, you'll be asked if you'd like to book a one-off treatment or a treatment every 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks, or custom.
How can I place a recurring booking?
Exactly the same way as you would place a regular booking, just make sure you select the booking frequency from the drop-down before requesting to book. Here's how it works:

- Booking Frequency
- Select "Do not repeat" if you just wish to have one booking.
- You may also select "Repeat every" to customize the recurring booking either to repeat every day, every week or every month and when the recurring booking will end.
- If you select the booking frequency "Ends on" you have the following options:
- Never: The recurring booking will continue until you manually cancel the recurring booking.
- On: You can select the date and time you would want the recurring booking to stop.
- After: If you select 2 then the booking will recur 2 times and stop.
- Reminder on clicking Yes on "Would you like to place all future bookings now?", this will create 10 bookings all at once depending on the booking frequency selected and will be charged once the bookings are confirmed.

When am I charged for each booking?
You will be charged one booking at a time, once a provider accepts.
Each individual booking will be posted on the platform one week before the start date and you won't be charged until an available provider accepts. We'll keep you updated on the status of your booking through email and app push notifications.
Can I make changes to a recurring booking?
Yes, just like regular bookings you can request changes to the treatment type, date, time and now also the booking frequency by logging into your app and clicking on 'update booking'.

- Select "Update booking" and update the booking details
- Please be advised that, once the booking is confirmed, the provider will need to accept any update requests for changes to be reflected in your booking.
- Until the provider accepts the update request your booking status will be shown as "Pending provider confirmation"
- If the provider accepts the update request you will receive a notification and see the updated details on the booking
- If the provider declines your update request then you will be asked whether you would like to "Cancel booking" or "Keep the booking".
- Please note that the cancellation policy will apply if you choose to cancel the booking.

Can I cancel a recurring booking?
Yes, just like regular bookings you can cancel a pending and confirmed booking by logging into your app and clicking on "Cancel booking". Then select "This booking and all future recurring bookings" to cancel this and recurring bookings. As always, make sure you check our cancellation policy before proceeding.
If your next recurring booking hasn't been posted yet (i.e. is not pending or confirmed) you can stop your booking from being posted by clicking 'update booking' on your current booking and changing the booking frequency to "One off" by selecting "Do not repeat" in booking frequency.

You are also able to cancel just one booking or all recurring bookings as shown in the screenshot below by selecting "Cancel booking".
- Select option "This booking only" if you prefer only the particular booking to be cancelled
- Select option "This booking and all future recurring bookings" to cancel all the recurring bookings.
Can I place a recurring booking with the same provider?
Yes! When choosing your booking frequency, just make sure to tick the "Book the same provider for my future repeat bookings" button.
