Can I cancel a recurring booking?

Yes, just like regular bookings you can cancel a pending and confirmed booking by logging into your app or via web. As always, make sure you check our Client Cancellation Policy before proceeding.



Via App:


Please refer to this video tutorial for more clarity on How to cancel a recurring booking via app? 


If your next recurring booking hasn't been posted yet (i.e. is not pending or confirmed) you can stop your booking from being posted by clicking "Update booking" on your current booking.

  • Click "Update booking" and change the Booking frequency to "Do not repeat" and click "Save & apply"
  • Once you have applied the frequency press "Update booking" to update the booking and you will receive a confirmation message that the "Booking has been updated successfully."





  • You can also cancel the booking by clicking "Cancel booking"
  • Select "This booking and all future recurring bookings" option to cancel this and all future bookings.
