  • Go to the Blys website: https://getblys.com
  • You may click on any of the following: Book Now, Book A Session, or the Person Icon
    • Note: If you already have an account, simply click on the person icon. It'll ask you to log in so you can access your profile.




  • Step 1 - Booking Location: Please fill out your Address, Location Type, Parking availability, Stairs information, Pets, and any notes that might be relevant such as hotel number, parking instructions etc.
  • Once you have entered all details, click "Continue" 




  • Step 2 - Booking details: Fill out the booking details such as the Service Type, Session Type, Treatment Type, Duration, and your Therapist's Gender preference.
    • Please note if you would like a female provider select the "Female only" option as the "Female preferred" option will also notify Male providers when unable to find female providers.
    • Once you have selected the details of your booking from the dropdown list, click "Continue"


  • Step 3 - Recipient Details: Fill out the Recipient Details and press Continue.


  • You will be asked for additional information if the booking is for "Someone Else"



  • Upon entering your mobile number, you will receive a text message with a 6-digit code to verify your account.
  • Follow the steps that will prompt your screen.




  • Upon entering your email address, you will receive an email with a 6-digit code to verify your account.
  • Follow the steps that will prompt your screen.






  • As soon as your phone number and email have been verified, click "Continue"





  • Kindly tick the box if you have read and agreed to the terms then click "Next" and "Continue" at the bottom of the page.





  • Fill out Step 4 - Date and Time
    • Note: Latest start time means the provider will start from this selected period. If you choose 11 PM, the provider is expected to finish at 12 MN if the treatment is for 60min.
    • You may also add a backup date and time if you have another preferred date or time for your appointment. 
  • Click "Continue"




  • Step 5 - Booking Frequency
  • Select "Do not repeat" if you just wish to have one booking.

 

  • You may also select "Repeat every" to customize the recurring booking either to repeat every day, every week or every month and when the recurring booking will end.
  • If you select the booking frequency "Ends on" you have the following options:
    • Never: The recurring booking will continue until you manually cancel the recurring booking.
    • On: You can select the date and time you would want the recurring booking to stop.
    • After: If you select 2 then the booking will recur 2 times and stop. 
  • Reminder on clicking Yes on "Would you like to place all future bookings now?", this will create 10 bookings all at once depending on the booking frequency selected and will be charged once the bookings are confirmed.



  • Step 6 - Select the therapist
  • In this step, you can select any 1 option, according to your preference


  • Step 7 - Review and Book
  • At this stage, you are almost done. Please select the mode of payment that you wish to use; add the card details to your booking, and click the box/ CAPTCHA.
  • You may also use a coupon or voucher code if you have one. Just enter the code then click "Apply". The value of the code will be deducted from your booking.


  • Should you wish to change or update the details from the previous page/ steps. just click "Change"
  • As soon as you are done reviewing the details of your booking, click "Request to Book"
    • Note: You will not be charged until your booking is confirmed.

  • Select  "Book your session"
    • Note: If you are an existing client or already have an account, click "Log In"



  • Fill out the booking details such as the Service Type, Session Type, Treatment Type, Duration, and your Therapist's Gender preference.
  • Click "Continue"



  • Fill out the "Recipient Details" page.




  • You will be asked for additional information if the booking is for "Someone Else"
  • Click "Continue"



  • Upon entering your mobile number, you will receive a text message with a 6-digit code to verify your account.

  • Kindly tick the box if you have read and agreed to the terms then click "Next" and "Continue".



  • Fill out the "Location" details by selecting from the dropdown list.
    • Notes:
      • ALWAYS select from the dropdown list upon entering your address. Once you have selected the address from the list, the Suburb, Postcode, and Country will automatically populate.
      • You may also add more information on "Location Notes" so the provider can find your area easily.
    • Click "Continue"



  • Select the Date and Time of your booking
    • Note: When you select a time range of 8 AM as the earliest start time and 5 PM as the latest start time, available providers may select anytime within those hours. In the event that a provider confirmed your booking and started at 5 PM, please expect the treatment to finish at 6 PM if the request is for a 60min massage.
    • You may also add a backup date and time if you have another preferred date or time for your appointment.
  • Click "Save & apply"



Booking Frequency

  • Select "Do not repeat" if you just wish to have one booking. 
  • You may also select "Repeat every" to customize the recurring booking either to repeat every day, every week or every month and when the recurring booking will end.

  • Select the Preferred provider for your booking

  • Review all the details of your booking. In any case that you need to update the details that you have entered from the previous page(s), simply click "Change"
  • You may also click "Add" if you have additional notes or instructions for your provider (for example: you are allergic to oil, etc)


  • You may also use a coupon or voucher code if you have one. Just enter the code then click "Apply". The value of the code will be deducted from your booking.

      


  • Add and Select the payment method that you wish to be charged for your booking. (What types of payments do you accept?)
  • You may also add the email address of the person who should receive the receipt/ invoice of the treatment.
  • Click "Save" --> "Save and Apply"



  • If all the details of your booking are correct after reviewing, click "Request to Book"
  • You can view the status of your new booking on "Upcoming"






Backup Date and Time

You can also add an alternative date and time when you place your booking.



Via App


  • Click 'Add back up date and time'
  • Select your alternative booking schedule
  • Click 'Save and Apply'
  • Soon as you have finalised the details of your booking, click 'Request to Book'

  • Click "Add Backup date and time"



  • Add a backup date and time and press "Continue".




  • Your added preferred and backup date & time will be visible as shown in the screenshot below.
  • As soon as you have finalised the details of your booking, click "Request to Book"
