I just made a booking. How do I know which service provider is coming?

Once a provider accepts your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation (via email or push notification), so you know who’s coming and when.


You’ll see their name and profile under Upcoming Bookings in your Blys account.

Please make sure that you have turned on receiving booking confirmation notifications from your communication preferences inside Settings.

After you make a booking — how you’ll know who’s coming

After the provider accepts the job, the status will change to 'Confirmed'.


You will be able to track your booking via the app when the provider is 'On the way'.


You will receive a push notification stating 'Therapist on the way!' and the status of the booking will be changed to reflect this, as shown in the screenshot below:

Once the provider accepts the job, you will receive an email, and the status will change to 'Confirmed'
