Providers sent a rebooking request
Similar to you rebooking a provider, providers can also request to rebook you if you require the same provider to come and provide the service.
Via App:
When a provider sends a rebooking request, you will see the options below. You can choose to:
- Confirm: Pressing confirm will confirm the booking and you will need to complete the payment.
- Chat with Provider: You can chat with your provider if you require them to rebook you at different times or have any questions.
- Decline & Cancel: You can decline & cancel the booking request sent by the provider.
Via Web:
When a provider sends a rebooking request, you will see the options below. You can choose to:

- Decline & Cancel: You can decline & cancel the booking request sent by the provider.
- Messages: You can message your provider if you require them to rebook you at different times or have any questions.
