I can't make it to my confirmed booking anymore. Can I just find another therapist to do it for me?

Yes, you can.


However, as stated in the Software License Agreement, the service provider you find must be an approved provider on the Blys platform.


If you can’t make it to the session that you accepted, it's best to simply “Abandon” the job to allow for another professional on the platform to take the booking.
