How can I leave a rating / review for my service provider?

Right after your treatment, you can leave a rating / review for your service provider about your massage experience. 


Here's how:


Via App


  • Go to 'Past Bookings' and then select the corresponding massage appointment that you wish to leave your review.
  • Click on 'Rate Therapist'





  • Just click on the stars that you want to give your service provider.
  • Leaving a message is not required but we encourage you to share with us your feedback about your experience. This will help us and the service providers to improve the areas that we need to work on.
  • You will have an option to add an image along with the picture. Click on add image and select from the gallery. 
  • Click 'Submit Feedback'


The ratings are on a scale of 1 to 5 - where 5 indicates an 'amazing', and 1 indicates a 'very poor' experience.


When you give your service provider a 5 out of 5, this service provider will be automatically added to your "Favourites" list - which means he/she will be first notified of your next booking request.


You can check the list of your favourite service providers. Just go to the 'Providers' page and then 'Favourites'


In case you want your most recent therapist to be notified first, you may simply do so by choosing the 'Move Down' or 'Promote Up' option.






  • You will also receive an email from us like this:




  • In case you give your service provider a 1 or 2 rating, our platform automatically adds the name of the service provider to your 'Blocked' list. This means - the next time you book, the app ensures you don't get booked with that service provider again. 





To check:


  • Go to the 'Providers' page
  • Go to 'Blocked'


 




Via Website


  • Go to 'Bookings' and click on the 'Past bookings' tab
  • Click on the Completed Booking



  • Click on 'Rate Therapist' 




  • Select the number of stars
  • Leaving a feedback / comment is also optional
  • Adding an image is also optional
  • Click 'Submit feedback' 





If you wish to update your review,


Via App

  • Go to 'Past Bookings' then select the corresponding massage appointment that you left the review / rating
  • Select the review / rating



  • Update your review / rating




  • Click 'Submit Feedback'





Via Website

  • Go to 'Bookings' and click on the 'Past bookings' tab
  • Click on the Booking you wish to update your review / rating



  • Click on 'Change rating'



  • Update your review / rating
  • Click 'Submit feedback'



 


  • Now your review / rating has been updated
