If you've booked a hair service

You will need to wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner just before your appointment so that your hair is still damp when your stylist arrives.

You’ll also need to set up a chair for you to sit on, close to a table that your stylist can use to lay out products and an electrical outlet to plug in tools.

If your hair is being cut, your stylist will bring a towel or piece of tarp to cover the floor and collect hair trimmings. If there is any hair trimmings left over after your stylist removes the floor covering, you can clean these up with a broom or vacuum.

If you've booked a makeup service

You will need to set up a chair for you to sit on, close to a table that your makeup artist can use to lay out their products and tools and ensure your face is clean and moisturised.

If you've booked a hair and makeup package

You will need to wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner just before your appointment so that your hair is still damp when your hair & makeup provider arrives as well as ensure that your face is clean and moisturised.

You’ll also need to set up a chair for you to sit on, close to a table that your hair & makeup provider can use to lay out products and an electrical outlet to plug in tools.
