It’s extremely rare to find a mobile massage therapist who brings a pregnancy massage table with a hole, as there’s a common view amongst qualified massage therapists that it’s safer for the mum-to-be and the bub to be laying on her side.
Therapists use pillows of various sizes and shapes to support the healthy alignment of your spine and pelvis. As your pregnancy progresses, we might also add a small pillow underneath your belly to support against gravity and reduce rolling forward.
Rest assured that all therapists you book through Blys are trained & experienced in pregnancy massage, and will ensure you’re in a safe and comfortable position and have a relaxing experience.
