There may be 3 reasons for this:
1) The app doesn't have your current location
The Blys Pro app remembers the last location where you opened the app.
So, if you’re changing locations for a long period of time (e.g. moving between cities), please simply open your app when you arrive at your new location. This will refresh your current location in the app and will make sure you’re receiving booking requests in your current location.
2) The client entered a wrong address
Sometimes clients enter the address incomplete or incorrect. If this happens, please simply ignore the booking request and report it to our Customer Service Team.
3) The radius of the notifications you receive is set up to the maximum range.
If the radius of the notifications you receive is set up to the maximum range (100km), you are most likely to receive jobs from another city.
