Whilst we are sad to see you go and we're sorry that it didn't work out, you can certainly delete your account with us.

Please simply follow the steps below:

Via mobile app

• Log in to your mobile app
• Click your account / profile photo
• Click the pencil icon on your profile.

• Go to "Account Details" - at the bottom page, you will find "Delete Account"
• Kindly provide the reason why you want to delete your account. If it has something to do with our platform or service, we'd like to know because we're always striving to improve. Once you have provided the reason, click "Continue"
• To confirm the account deletion, please re-enter your email address and password. Please note that you will permanently lose all your reviews, contacts, messages, and profile info. Click "Confirm Delete". 

• Your profile and account will be deleted in 48 hours unless you have an outstanding amount or an open complaint ticket.

Via web app

• Log in to your account.

• Click your account / profile photo

• Go to "Account Details" - at the bottom page, you will find "Delete Account"
• Kindly provide the reason why you want to delete your account. If it has something to do with our platform or service, we'd like to know because we're always striving to improve. Once you have provided the reason, click "Continue"
• To confirm the account deletion, please re-enter your email address and password. Please note that you will permanently lose all your reviews, contacts, messages, and profile info. Click "Confirm Delete". 

Please note that the email address field is case-sensitive. When requesting to delete your account, you should enter the same email address following the correct format when you initially registered.
