We don’t use HICAPS machines. The payments are made in full at the time of booking online on our website or app, but we provide you with a receipt which has your therapist’s provider ID which you can use to claim rebates from your fund, assuming your fund covers massages.


Please check first with your health fund provider if they offer rebates for in-home massages. If they do, then simply add your fund name in the ‘Special Instructions’ when booking online and we’ll do our best to find you a therapist with the same fund as yours.
