How does Blys work for professionals?

Blys allows clients to have some of the best service providers in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom with a wide range of personal care and wellness services in their homes, hotels, and office. No phone calls, no cash payments, no stress about finding the right provider or making the journey to the clinic and back. Clients simply make their booking online via the Blys website or mobile app – and get matched almost instantly with one of the available professionals.


After going through the signup and onboarding process, successful providers are given access to the Blys platform and the Blys Pro app where they receive notifications for new jobs from new clients or direct booking requests from their regular clients.


Blys makes life a lot easier for providers by handling the less-exciting aspects of your freelance business (marketing, scheduling, payments, invoicing, customer service, ongoing support, workshops, insurance, and admin work) so that you can concentrate on what you love doing – your practice. To be able to provide you with our platform and services, we charge a small fee for every booking you complete through Blys.


As a self-employed professional, you work on your terms, set your own schedule and coverage area, and are not obliged to accept bookings.


To avoid doubt & to highlight the automated nature of our operations, the process involving making bookings by clients, notifying therapists, confirming appointments and payments and invoices, are all automated and handled by the Blys platform. Blys does not manually manage the bookings unless we're required to do so.
