There could be two reasons for that;
You’re offline. Check your phone settings to make sure your location setting is ON, and your status in the”Account” page of your app is set to ONLINE.
The demand (new booking requests) in your area is low. We kindly ask you to be patient – we’re working hard to reach out to all potential clients in your area and to make sure your phone is beeping every minute with job requests!
Some (very very few) Android devices may be blocking push notifications from some apps – potentially including the job alerts from the Blys Therapist App.This seems to be due to a device limitation and settings.Unfortunately, Blys can’t determine or change your device settings (we can only control the therapist app), but here’s some info that may be helpful:The exact steps for this process will vary depending on your device model, but a good starting point would be finding Autostart (or on some models it’s called Autolaunch, or Startup Manager, or Background App Management) screen in Settings of your device.There you’ll need to make sure that Blys Therapist app is marked as ‘Allowed’.These links may be helpful as well:
There are only a couple of phones in the market that have this setting, so you’re probably fine – but it’s worth checking so you don’t miss out on any jobs.
